Water damage work is decided in the first minute. If the phone is hard to tap, the page is slow, or the insurance question has no answer, the homeowner calls the next company. We find those leaks and fix the page. Our first focus is restoration companies in San Jose and the South Bay, and we work with firms across the Bay Area.

- The night call
- A 24/7 line only works if the number is on the first screen of a phone, large enough to tap with a wet thumb. A number in the footer is a leak.
- Insurance questions
- People ask about the carrier, photos, and what happens next before they dial. The page should answer in your words. We will not invent coverage rules or speak as if we are adjusters.
- The visit request
- Standing water does not wait for a long form. A ZIP or a street address, then a callback, is enough to start. The rest can wait until a person is on the line.
- The ad and the page disagree
- If the ad says emergency dry-out, the page they land on has to say that too. A general “quality you can trust” headline sends paid clicks back out.
- No follow-up
- A missed call at 1 a.m. still needs a next step in the morning. If the lead goes quiet, the job goes to whoever answers.
Whatastraightrestorationpagedoes
- 1
Puts the phone in the first screen, as a tap-to-call link, including on a phone.
- 2
Says, in the first screen, whether someone answers after hours. If you do not run 24/7, the page does not pretend.
- 3
Answers the insurance questions you are willing to answer, and stops there.
- 4
Asks for a ZIP or an address before it asks for anything else.
- 5
Matches the promise in the ad, including a free inspection if that is the offer you actually run.
- 6
Follows up when someone leaves a number and does not pick up the first time.

The free Leak Check
We review the public site and send a short written teardown. A short video comes with it when a video is clearer. It is free. You do not have to take a call to read it.
The first build, then the monthly work
The first build is in exchange for an honest case study you will put your name on. We have no case studies yet, and we will not invent one. After that, an install fee puts the page live, and a monthly fee covers testing and a plain report. Prices are discussed with you. They are not listed here.
Questionsownersask
Should the page tell people insurance will cover the job?
Only say what you know and what you are willing to stand behind. A useful page explains your process: what you need from them, whether you will talk with the carrier, and what you will not promise. We will not write coverage claims for you.
Do I need an online booking calendar for floods?
Often, no. For a middle-of-the-night flood, a tap-to-call number matters more. A ZIP or address field covers the jobs that can wait an hour. We will match the path to how you actually dispatch.
We already rank and we already run ads. Why look at the page?
Ranking and ads deliver the visit. The page has to turn that visit into a call or a booked job. If the number is buried or the offer on the page is not the offer in the ad, you are paying for people who leave.
What does the Leak Check cost?
The Leak Check is free. The first full build is in exchange for an honest case study. After that, there is an install fee and a monthly fee for testing and reporting. We do not post prices. We will put numbers in front of you before you agree to anything.
Do I have to get on a call?
No. Send the site. Read the teardown. If you want to go further, reply to the email. We will not open with a request for a demo.
Are you the contractor?
No. We do not do restoration, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, or generator work. We do not claim a license, a certification, or insurance for those trades. Your license stays yours. We will not put a license claim on a page you have not approved.
