Get a free Leak Check

Answerthecostquestion.Booktheinspection.

People with a stain on the ceiling look up what a roof leak costs, how to tell a leak from condensation, and what the signs are. If your page never starts that answer, they call a company that does. We build the path from that question to a booked inspection, using your numbers and your process.

A short written teardown. A short video when a video is clearer. Free. No call required.

The cost question is a dead end
Homeowners search “how much does a roof leak repair cost” and “what are the signs of a roof leak.” A page that never starts the answer loses them.
No way to book the inspection
“Contact us” with no time, no address, and no statement of what the visit is. The person wanted an inspection, not a pen-pal.
Storm damage and ordinary wear are mixed together
They cannot tell you which one they have, so the crew rolls blind or the lead goes cold while someone sorts it.
The ad says free inspection. The page does not.
The click was bought on a promise the page never repeats. That is a leak you can see in one glance.
The request is not followed up
An inspection request with no second message is easy to forget, for them and for the office.

Whatastraightroofingpagedoes

  1. 1

Starts the cost answer with a range you set, or with a clear reason you price on the roof and a way to book that visit.

  2. 2

Names the signs you want them to look for, in plain language, so the right jobs call.

  3. 3

Offers an inspection booking: address, what they are seeing, and a phone number.

  4. 4

Separates a storm job from a wear-and-tear job in one question.

  5. 5

Repeats the ad’s offer on the page, word for word in substance, and only if you honor it.

  6. 6

Sends a follow-up when the inspection is not on the calendar yet.

The free Leak Check

We review the public site and send a short written teardown. A short video comes with it when a video is clearer. It is free. You do not have to take a call to read it.

The first build, then the monthly work

The first build is in exchange for an honest case study you will put your name on. We have no case studies yet, and we will not invent one. After that, an install fee puts the page live, and a monthly fee covers testing and a plain report. Prices are discussed with you. They are not listed here.

Questionsownersask

People ask what a roof leak repair costs. Should I publish a number?

Publish a price only if you will stand behind it. If the honest answer is “we have to see the roof,” say that in the first screen and give them a way to book the look. We will not invent a dollar figure.

They also ask how to find a leak, and whether it is condensation. Do we answer that?

Yes, briefly, in your words. A short answer keeps them on your page and qualifies the call. It is not a substitute for the inspection.

Insurance jobs are a big part of our work. Can the page say we handle the claim?

Say what you actually do. If you document the roof and talk with the carrier, say that. Do not promise an outcome, and do not imply a license or a role you do not have.

What does the Leak Check cost?

The Leak Check is free. The first full build is in exchange for an honest case study. After that, there is an install fee and a monthly fee for testing and reporting. We do not post prices. We will put numbers in front of you before you agree to anything.

Do I have to get on a call?

No. Send the site. Read the teardown. If you want to go further, reply to the email. We will not open with a request for a demo.

Are you the contractor?

No. We do not do restoration, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, or generator work. We do not claim a license, a certification, or insurance for those trades. Your license stays yours. We will not put a license claim on a page you have not approved.
