Get a free Leak Check

MorebookedjobsfromthetrafficyoualreadygetintheBayArea.

You already pay for the click, the ad, the directory listing, the truck wrap. Leakproof Bay finds where that visit slips away, a slow page, a buried phone number, no price, a weak form, no follow-up, and fixes the page so more of it becomes a call or a booked job.

For owners of restoration, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, and generator companies in the Bay Area.

A short written teardown. A short video when a video is clearer. Free. No call required.

HowthefreeLeakCheckworks

  1. 1

    Send the site

The address is enough to start. On the next screen, add the trade, the city, and a business email.

  2. 2

We review it like a homeowner on a phone

First screen, the number, the offer, the form, the speed, and what happens after they leave.

  3. 3

    You get a short teardown

Written, so you can forward it. A short video when a video says it faster. Free. You do not have to take a call to read it.

Slow pages
If the page crawls, the person with a wet ceiling, a dead air conditioner, or a dark house does not wait. They hit the back button and call someone else.
Buried phone numbers
A number in the footer is not a number. If they cannot tap to call from the first screen of a phone, the click never had a chance to become a job.
No instant price
When the ad asks what it costs, the page has to start the answer. Your numbers, or a straight path to a price you will honor. We do not invent one.
Weak forms
A form that asks for a life story before a callback loses the job to the company that asked for a ZIP code.
No follow-up
A lead that sits overnight is a leak, the same as a buried button. The second message is part of the page, not an afterthought.

Whattheteardownlookslike

Sample notes, so you can see the format. This is not a client. We have no case studies yet, and we will not invent one.

Sample notes. Not a real company.

Phone
The number sits in the footer. On a phone it takes two scrolls. Move it into the first screen, large enough to tap.
Offer
The ad says emergency dry-out. The page headline says the company has been serving the community with quality. Those are different promises.
Form
Eight required fields before a callback. Ask for the address first. Collect the rest when a person is on the line.

Howanengagementworks

First build

We will build the first page in exchange for an honest case study you are willing to put your name on. We have no case studies yet. We will not invent one, and we will not ask you to.

After that

An install fee to put the work live, then a monthly fee for testing and a plain report on what changed and what the calls did. We do not post prices. If we work together, you will see the numbers before you agree to anything.

We are not a restoration, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, or generator contractor. We do not claim a license, a certification, or insurance for that work. You remain the contractor. We will not put a license claim on a page you have not approved.

Questionsownersask

What is a Leak Check?

A review of your public website. We send a short written teardown of the leaks we find, and a short video when that is clearer. It is free. You do not have to get on a call.

Who is this for?

Owners of restoration, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, and generator companies in the Bay Area. Homeowners who need a crew should call a contractor. We are not the contractor.

Do you run my ads?

Not as part of this offer. We work on the page and the follow-up, so the traffic you already get has a better chance of becoming a call or a booked job. Buying ads would be a separate agreement, in writing, later.

What does the Leak Check cost?

The Leak Check is free. The first full build is in exchange for an honest case study. After that, there is an install fee and a monthly fee for testing and reporting. We do not post prices. We will put numbers in front of you before you agree to anything.

Do I have to get on a call?

No. Send the site. Read the teardown. If you want to go further, reply to the email. We will not open with a request for a demo.

Are you the contractor?

No. We do not do restoration, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, or generator work. We do not claim a license, a certification, or insurance for those trades. Your license stays yours. We will not put a license claim on a page you have not approved.

How fast is the teardown?

We do not publish a turnaround time yet. When we reply, we will tell you when to expect the notes. We will not promise a clock we have not kept.

What do you need from me?

Business name, website, trade, city, your name, and a business email. Phone is optional. The form explains what happens to those details.

Sendthesite.

We will read the public page and send the teardown. No call required.
